PRE-PRODUCTION

Pre-Production can be one of the the most challenging stages in any project, and I will go above and beyond to deliver excellent results to meet your deadline. No two projects are 100% alike, so I'm happy to help on just aspects of the pre-production process from quoting, budget management, crewing up to scheduling or can manage the whole process.

PRODUCTION

POST-PRODUCTION

Post Production is often that stage of the project where you are already mentally or physically moving on to the next project in your pipeline but, it can be time consuming with managing edits, stake holder feedback and deliveries. Let me help you make sure all of your hard work was worth it and ensure that the final stage happens smoothly.

CREATIVE SERVICES MANAGEMENT

Having worked with creative teams throughout my career I'm adept at knowing what makes them tick and their work processes. I can help them communicate with stakeholders through briefing and project implementation stages to keep them to deadline and budget, so they can concentrate on what they do best. I take pride in nurturing and growing a team of creative talent, adopting coaching style techniques to maximise performance of individuals and foster a collaborative environment ensuring skills and workloads are shared.

STAKEHOLDER & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Everyone is busy and sometimes you need that person to be the go between on your project to manage stakeholders and project timelines to keep focus and hit the delivery deadlines. I'm well versed in managing multiple stakeholders across business levels as well as external clients and agency reps. My diplomatic and friendly approach helps keep everyone in the loop to ensure a smooth project process. My previous roles in companies have had a high level of stakeholder engagement and I have been often described as the go to person in the organisations I have worked for.

FOREIGN LANGUAGE LOCALISATION

Looking to localise your content or project into foreign languages to reach a wider audience?
